The room was clean, warm, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and close to a university campus with plenty of dining options. Convenient location near metro, easy access to other areas. Clean with some wear, but overall satisfactory. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, particularly Mike. Slightly outside city center but only 3 metro stops away. Spacious, modern rooms with comfortable beds and accommodating staff. Comfortable, clean designer bathroom. Good air conditioning and tasteful decor throughout. a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was great, just a few minutes away from the city center and a shopping mall. It was convenient for exploring the city and doing some Christmas shopping. The free parking was a major plus, especially during the busy holiday season. the staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable.
There were some downsides to our stay. The room was quite small and cramped, which was a bit disappointing.
