The room was clean, warm, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and close to a university campus with plenty of dining options. The staff was kind and helpful, making sure that I had a proper room after a small hiccup with my initial reservation. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Convenient location near metro, easy access to other areas. Clean with some wear, but overall satisfactory. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, particularly Mike. Slightly outside city center but only 3 metro stops away. Spacious, modern rooms with comfortable beds and accommodating staff. Comfortable, clean designer bathroom. Good air conditioning and tasteful decor throughout. a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was great, just a few minutes away from the city center and a shopping mall. It was convenient for exploring the city and doing some Christmas shopping. The free parking was a major plus, especially during the busy holiday season. the staff was very helpful and friendly.
